About this project

In 2022, Fresh collaborated with Marltons Pet Products to reinvigorate their brand in alignment with a new marketing strategy centred on ‘caring for all pets and pet owners’. Through workshops with Marltons’ marketing team, we laid the foundation for the brand’s proposition and positioning. This led to Fresh developing a complete brand facelift, including populating a comprehensive CI guide and updating the brand’s tone of voice, photography, layouts, and digital presence. As lead agency, Fresh handles all social media strategies, content, campaigns, and marketing materials for Marltons. The successful adoption of the new CI guide allowed us to launch a ‘Love begins by taking care’ campaign, driving brand awareness and sales growth to achieve our set KPIs.
